You’ll manage critical night-time procedures, deliver warm service in the Pub, coordinate room service, and lead with rotas, training, and handovers to the next shift, ensuring smooth operations through the night.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of night-time procedures, manage the night audit, conduct security checks, and ensure guests depart safely.
• Deliver warm welcomes for late arrivals, check out early departures, pour drinks in the Pub, and prepare room service, maintaining high standards after dark.
• Keep morale high when the team is tired, assist with rotas to manage wage costs, train new starters, run team briefings, and hand over to the next shift for a seamless start.
