Job summary

Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust in Guildford is seeking a Temporary Staffing Administrator to ensure deployment, management and payment of temporary staff (bank and agency) in line with policies. You will be the first point of contact for temporary staff and line managers, guiding the staffing process and ensuring shifts are filled, including out-of-hours cover.

The role supports the administration and payment of agency workers and requires NHS terminology knowledge.

Qualifications

• NVQ3 or equivalent level of experience required.
• Certificate in HR Practice (CHRP/CPP) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage booking of temporary workers across all staffing groups.
• Advertise shifts and identify appropriate workers to fill shifts.
• Deploy temporary staff through bank staff management system per permissions.
