Job summary

West London NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Band 4 Booking Co-ordinator to manage bank and agency cover for the Trust. The post requires working in a demanding environment and delivering an efficient temporary staffing service.

The role demands excellent communication, proficiency with IT applications, and familiarity with E rostering processes. NHS experience is desirable and the team focuses on safely staffing across the Trust.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs including English and maths or equivalent level of knowledge.
• Willing to undertake the ECDL and NVQ relating to customer care, administration
• Experience in NHS environment is desirable and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bank and agency cover for the trust.
• Work with Bank staff, Ward/Department Managers, and external agencies to ensure timely bookings.
• Maintain accurate records and use IT systems to support rostering and data entry.
