Job summary

Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and wear (CNTW) NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a full-time Pathway Coordinator (Band 4) to support the North Cumbria CTT Administration Team. The role involves 37.5 hours per week, travel to other sites, and sits within an transforming service with development opportunities.

You will input patient data into RiO, monitor performance, and provide admin support to a large team while maintaining high organisational standards and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering inputting patient data into RiO and monitoring performance data.
• Proven administrative support to a large team with strong organization.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to manage fluctuating workloads.
• Knowledge of NHS procedures and policies and clinical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to North Cumbria CTT Administration Team.
• Collect, input and manage patient data in RiO and monitor performance targets.
• Maintain smooth service delivery and ensure processes are followed.
• Minimise downtime by effective prioritisation and coordination across sites.
• Take notes and minutes; live typing as required; support the leadership team.
