Job summary

You will manage RTT performance, implement new ways of working and oversee admin processes centred on patient needs.

• Experience in line managing administration staff and diverse staff groups.
• Experience with RTT performance and KPI management is desirable.
• Ability to drive process improvements and maintain high service standards.
