Job summary

Millbrook Healthcare Group is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for the Exeter Community Equipment Service Centre. You will handle around 80 calls daily from service users, families and healthcare professionals, acting as the first point of contact for queries and orders.

You will coordinate orders for delivery, installation and collection by Driver Technicians, analyse orders, and process invoicing in the online system.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy office environment handling high-volume calls.
• Proven customer service experience via telephone.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in administration and diary management.
• Professional and confident communication on phone and email.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from service users, families and healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate orders for delivery, installation and collection by Driver Technicians.
• Analyse orders for errors on online systems.
• Enter orders and invoices using the online system.
• Provide general administrative support to daily activities.
