Job summary

The role combines hands-on work with staff supervision, work planning and quality assurance in healthcare environments.

You will schedule weekly work plans, lead the team, supervise apprentices, and ensure safety, compliance and high standards while collaborating with estates and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 painting and decorating is essential.
• Experience leading a decorating team in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices for clinical environments.
