Job summary

York Teaching Hospital Facilities Management LLP (YTHFM LLP) is recruiting a Painter & Decorator (Band 3) based in York. The role covers maintenance painting across Trust sites, working with a multidisciplinary team and flexible hours to support a busy clinical and non-clinical estate.

The post requires NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), a full UK driving licence, and prior painting/decorating experience. The role is HSE compliant with training and relocation support as needed.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with painting/decorating experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience delivering high quality painting and decorating.

Responsibilities

• Support painting team to deliver high quality service.
• Travel across Trust sites as required.
