Job summary

York Teaching Hospital Facilities Management LLP is seeking a Painter & Decorator (Band 3) to join the Estates Department in York. The role supports painting and decorating services across Trust sites and requires flexibility to travel within the Trust’s facilities.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high standards of maintenance. The successful applicant will have a relevant qualification, a full UK driving license, and be ready to contribute to ongoing improvements and

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a high quality painting and decorating service.
• Knowledge of up-to-date painting and decorating processes.
• Full and clean UK driving license & related training where required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the painting team with all aspects of painting and decorating work to a high standard.
• Be flexible to travel across Trust sites as required and work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to maintenance and facility improvement across York Teaching Hospital facilities.
