Job summary

Omnes Healthcare Limited is seeking an IT Support Analyst to assist colleagues with hardware, software, networks and NHS systems such as TPP SystmOne, EMIS and ERS. The role is hybrid with rotating shifts between 7:30am and 8pm and on-call duties.

NHS experience and a relevant degree are essential. You will respond to queries, log incidents, support telecoms, install software, maintain backups and assist with IT infrastructure across sites, including medical device support.

Qualifications

• NHS experience is essential.
• Experience as IT Support Analyst or in a similar role.
• Hybrid role with rotating shifts and on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user queries by phone, email and in person; resolve hardware, software and network faults.
• Monitor the incident management system; log, update incidents and escalate complex issues.
• Support telecoms systems and work with providers to resolve faults.
• Provide product support for NHS systems including TPP SystmOne, EMIS and ERS.
• Install, configure and update software applications and operating systems.
• Carry out routine maintenance, updates, patches and system backups; run security and compliance audits.
• Create and remove user accounts and manage password resets across systems.
• Assist with planning, implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure; monitor system health.
• Support setup of new sites; on-site support for medical devices and site surveys.
• Provide training and maintain user guides and documentation.
• Support IT admins during peak workloads; contribute to IT policies and keep records of issues.
