Job summary

Morgan Law is recruiting an NHS Operational Improvement Lead for an initial 3-month contract in the South West of England, with 3 days on site required. NHS experience in supporting CIP for an NHS Trust is essential to be considered.

The role will partner with Care Groups, Operational and Corporate teams to provide expert advice, training and support to enable services to be delivered efficiently and economically while meeting financial targets.

Qualifications

• NHS experience in CIP for NHS Trusts.
• Operational improvement experience, ideally in Planned Care.
• On-site work capability (3 days on site per week).

Responsibilities

• Identification of Productivity and Efficiency opportunities through benchmarking data and financial review.
• Analysis of complex financial and activity data to identify opportunities for operational change.
• Facilitating operational managers in the identification and implementation of operational improvements.
• Supporting the productivity and efficiency programme (including Getting It Right First Time and the Model Hospital).
