Job summary

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Operational Lead (Band 7) for a 12-month secondment at Chapeltown Health Centre, Leeds. The role covers the Community Cardiac Service, CIVAS, Respiratory Service and TB Service, with 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive operational performance, and work with the Operational Head of Service to develop services within a neighbourhood care model.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams across services.
• Proven ability to drive service development and improve performance.
• Strong people management skills including attendance, recruitment and induction.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective operational management and leadership across the portfolio.
• Work closely with the Operational Head of Service and clinical teams.
• Support organisational change and service development in a evolving neighbourhood model.
• Lead teams to deliver high quality community health services.
