Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant NHS HR Business Partner experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agenda for Change and NHS HR processes.
• Experience supporting NHS Job Evaluation Scheme (JES).
• Proven track record of building or improving HR functions and processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders on workforce planning and people strategy.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce mobilisation activities.
• Develop HR procedures and operational processes around existing policies.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, organisational change and people matters.
• Support workforce reporting, compliance and governance requirements.
• Lead on NHS Job Evaluation and Agenda for Change activities.
• Help establish a positive culture and employee experience.
