Job summary

InHealth is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract to help shape organisational design, support TUPE and acquisitions, and drive strategic HR projects across the UK healthcare network.

You will partner with leaders, own employee relations cases, deliver ER clinics, coach managers, and analyse people data to influence decisions and solutions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 (part or fully completed) and solid HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on change management and organisational design initiatives.
• Support TUPE, acquisitions, and integration processes.
• Own employee relations cases and provide expert guidance.
