Job summary

InHealth Group Limited in Beaconsfield is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with leaders on organisational design, TUPE, acquisitions and strategic HR projects. This role drives change and supports a fast-growing healthcare provider with NHS partnerships.

You will lead employee relations, ER clinics and data-driven HR decisions, while benefiting from hybrid and flexible working opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 (part or fully completed) and solid HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel and a valid UK driving licence.
