Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking an experienced Workforce Manager/Recruitment & Mobilisation Lead in London to coordinate a major recruitment and onboarding programme as part of a ground-up workforce build. The role focuses on planning, reporting, and ensuring compliant recruitment across NHS checks and safer recruitment standards.

Qualifications

• Significant NHS recruitment, resourcing or workforce-services experience.
• Strong knowledge of NHS employment checks and safer recruitment requirements.
• Experience coordinating multiple end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
• Experience managing or coordinating outsourced recruitment providers.
• Strong onboarding, workforce mobilisation and reporting experience.
• Knowledge of workforce planning, establishment control and recruitment metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate the approved workforce structure into prioritised recruitment plans.
• Coordinate recruitment activity with hiring managers and external delivery partners.
• Track vacancies through approval, attraction, selection, offer, employment checks and start date.
• Own the workforce mobilisation tracker and end-to-end onboarding process.
• Ensure compliance with NHS Employment Check Standards and safer recruitment requirements.
• Maintain accurate establishment, vacancy and position-control information.
• Develop recruitment dashboards covering vacancies, offers, checks, starts and time to hire.
• Identify recruitment risks, dependencies and process blockages.
• Support ESR, NHS Jobs and recruitment process improvement.
