Compass Associates, on behalf of a respected NHS not-for-profit provider, seeks a Development Director to lead the growth plan: winning new NHS contracts, shaping opportunities, and delivering multi‑million‑pound tenders from start to finish.

You will head a team of around 14 across bids, commercial modelling and market development, report to the CCO, and drive commercial rigour while travelling to sites across the East of England and the South West.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of winning NHS contracts as tender lead.
• Experience delivering NHS services within private business.
• Experience with commissioning (CCG/ICB) and NHS/independent sectors.

• Lead a team of ~14 across bids, commercial modelling and market development.
• Own the growth plan: identify opportunities and build business cases.
• Lead multi‑million‑pound NHS tenders from start to finish with deadlines.
• Apply commercial rigour to viability, pricing, risk and appetite.
• Unite a geographically dispersed team and lead in-person meetings.
