Job summary

Heim is seeking an experienced Implementation Lead to build and run large-scale deployments within the NHS and social care. You will own end-to-end delivery, from mobilisation to go-live, shaping the way clinicians and operations teams work with Heim’s AI-native tools and dashboards.

You will drive engagement, adoption and co-design with clinical safety and governance teams, ensuring evidence-informed deployment and scalable playbooks for future rollouts.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years leading complex implementation, deployment or transformation work.
• Delivered software into healthcare providers, ideally the NHS, and led engagement and adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead NHS deployments end to end across contracts, governance, discovery and go-live.
• Coordinate multi-team rollouts with timelines, milestones and resource alignment.
• Manage DPIA support, data flow sign-off and information governance with clinical leads.
• Build relationships across frontline staff to executive leadership and sponsors.
