Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Neurology Receptionist to provide clinic administration and patient reception services. You will greet patients, record attendance on PAS and support appointment bookings, including telephone scheduling.

You will handle queries, maintain records on PAS and EPR, ensuring a confidential, efficient service for all users. The role supports a busy neurology clinic within the NHS Trust, offering flexible working opportunities and a competitive

Competenze

• Experience in a confidential environment.
• Proven ability to prioritise tasks in a busy reception.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Greet patients entering clinic and manage attendance on PAS.
• Provide appointment booking service, including telephone bookings.
• Schedule forthcoming appointments from various sources.
• Handle telephone queries and messages professionally.
• Ensure PAS entries are cashed up accurately at end of clinic.
• Scan patient records to the EPR system and maintain confidentiality.
