Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Neurology Receptionist to provide clinic administration and patient reception services. You will greet patients, record attendance on PAS and support appointment bookings, including telephone scheduling.

The Neurology Receptionist will be responsible for providing clinic administration and reception support to patients attending clinic; this will include receiving and greeting patients into clinic areas whilst recording the patient’s attendance and clinical outcome on the Patient Administration System (PAS).
You will also be responsible for providing an appointment booking service to enable patients to book future appointments when leaving the department. This may also involve some telephone booking of appointments and the scheduling of forthcoming appointments, from other sources of patient enquires, whilst providing a confidential, efficient patient-friendly and out side agency contact service.
