Progress Sales Recruitment is partnering with an established healthcare business to recruit a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead new business growth across the NHS throughout the Midlands. The role covers the South West/West Midlands with Worcester as the ideal location, offering £58-60K base plus bonus, benefits and a company car.

• Proven track record of winning new business.
• Experience selling into the NHS or wider healthcare sector.
• Strong prospecting and business development capability.
• Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles.
• Ability to engage with clinical, technical, procurement and commercial stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a new-business strategy across the NHS.
• Identify and target new NHS Trusts and healthcare organisations.
• Open new customer relationships and build opportunities from scratch.
• Build relationships with procurement, clinical, estates and senior stakeholders.
• Generate and manage a strong pipeline of NHS opportunities and convert them.
• Identify NHS projects, tenders and investment programmes.
