The role is full-time, across various sites, with some weekend work. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for travel between locations.

Qualifikationen

• IT literate with Microsoft Office experience including Excel.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above, or equivalent.
• Motivated to learn and achieve an apprenticeship qualification while gaining practical workplace experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information securely.

Aufgaben

• Answer phone calls and emails.
• Update records accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Help organise vaccination clinics and support vaccination programmes in schools and community venues.
• Develop communication, organisational and IT skills during the apprenticeship.
• Learn how a busy NHS service operates with supervision from experienced staff.
