Job summary

Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Apprentice Community Immunisation Administrator (Norfolk & Waveney). The role supports vaccination programmes across Norfolk with on-the-job training and dedicated guidance.

One day per week is spent at City College to gain the apprenticeship qualification. You will develop NHS administration skills, learn to work as part of a team, and help protect local health and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above, or an equivalent qualification.
• Willingness to learn and develop NHS administration skills.
• Experience volunteering or in a healthcare setting is helpful but not essential.
• Ability to communicate confidently with children, young people and adults.

• Have GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above, or an equivalent qualification
• Want to build a career in NHS administration

Experience from volunteering, working with children and young people, or being in a healthcare setting would be helpful, but it isnt essential. Well provide the training and support you need throughout your apprenticeship. One day a week will be spent at City College.

Travel requirements:

This role involves travelling to different locations across Norfolk to support vaccination programmes. You'll need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes, unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010.
