Job summary

Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust is recruiting to support health promotion, education and school age immunisation programmes across schools and community settings.

You will attend vaccination sessions, coordinate consents, maintain records and assist with logistics including cold chain and transport. Strong communication with children, parents and school staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in health promotion or public health setting.
• Experience supporting immunisation programmes is desirable.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, delivery and evaluation of health promotion and immunisation programmes.
• Attend community vaccination sessions in schools and local settings.
• Coordinate consent processes and maintain immunisation session records.
• Support cold chain management, transport, and logistics for vaccinations.
• Liaise with schools, families and education staff to facilitate sessions.
• Maintain databases; ensure SOPs for school immunisation are followed.
