Job summary

The apprenticeship sits within Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust's community immunisation service across Norfolk, where you will learn alongside administrators and nursing colleagues. You will handle phone calls and emails, maintain patient records securely, and help organise vaccination clinics.

One day a week at City College, travel to schools and venues require a full UK driving licence and car. GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 are required, with motivation to pursue the apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths grade 4 or equivalent.
• Motivation to work towards an apprenticeship qualification.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails.
• Update records accurately and keep information confidential.
• Help organise vaccination clinics.
• Support colleagues delivering vaccination programmes in schools and clinics.
• Travel across Norfolk to support vaccination programmes.
