Job summary

Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is seeking an Apprentice Community Immunisation Administrator in Norwich. You will support vaccination clinics, handle enquiries, and maintain records while working toward a City College apprenticeship qualification.

No prior extensive experience is required; a positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are valued. You will travel across Norfolk using a vehicle and spend one day weekly at City College.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths grade 4 or above (or equivalent).
• Basic IT skills with Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Must have a full driving licence or access to a vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails.
• Update records accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Help organise vaccination clinics.
• Support colleagues delivering vaccination programmes in schools, community clinics and other venues.
• Develop communication, organisation and IT skills.
