The Surrey and Sussex ICB’s AACC team seeks a 5‑month senior administrator to support referral, procurement and placement of care packages. You will liaise with care providers, families and professionals to ensure efficient service delivery and financial reconciliation.

Applicants should have NVQ3 or equivalent and strong organisation, communication and confidentiality skills. Travel across Surrey and Sussex is expected, with flexible working arrangements.

Competenze

• NVQ level 3 in a relevant subject or equivalent, or significant proven experience.
• Significant administrative or secretarial experience, including setting up and maintaining office systems.
• Experience in handling sensitive, confidential information.

Mansioni

• Provide a full administration service to the AACC team from initial referral through procurement and placement
• Work with care providers to build relationships and set up placements and packages of care that achieve good patient outcomes and financial reconciliation
• Negotiate fees and service elements to balance service user needs, best use of resources and value for money for the NHS
• Receive requests for care services and manage each placement or package from request to placing with the most suitable provider
• Work with AACC practitioners, case managers, social workers, local authorities and external providers to source and advise on the most suitable service, based on clinical need, outcome, cost and efficiency
• Process work under internal standard operating procedures and enter clinical and financial documentation onto databases promptly
• Liaise with families or representatives to keep them informed throughout AACC processes
