Job summary

Position Overview

As a 111 Clinical Advisor at DHU Healthcare, you will provide safe, compassionate advice to callers day and night, using the NHS Pathways system to assess symptoms and guide them to the appropriate care.

Responsibilities

Use the NHS Pathways system to assess callers’ symptoms, determine the next best step, and provide reassurance and evidence‑based advice. Act as the first clinical contact for callers seeking urgent help.

Requirements

Registered Adult Nurse, Paramedic or Pharmacist with post‑registration experience. Strong clinical judgement, IT confidence, and clear communication skills are also essential.

Working Patterns

Part‑Time and Full‑Time late positions available, site based (no remote opportunities available).

Hourly Rates

• Training and daytime shifts: £19.63 per hour
• Evenings and night shifts: £25.51 per hour

Salary

£38,383 – £46,221 (pro rata) + 30% evening and 45% weekend enhancements.
