Job summary

Hayley Dexis has an opportunity for a highly commercial and driven Branch Manager to lead our Newtown Branch. We’re looking for a natural leader who can drive the team to success through sales customer service excellence and solve customer problems quickly.

You’ll have strong commercial acumen and leadership skills with a track record of developing a sales strategy and delivering sustained profit improvements. Experience in MRO sector is preferred; position is based at Newtown.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and experience of managing high performing teams.
• A track record of overseeing branch operations in prior role.
• Demonstratable experience of P&L (revenue, margin and costs).
• Sales strategy and delivery track record.
• Excellent customer relationship management.
• Proactive style; keeps finger on the pulse of market trends.
