Hayley Dexis is seeking an Internal Sales Assistant for our Newtown branch. The role involves processing orders, handling phone enquiries, and supporting both customers and the wider team in a busy, hands-on environment.

You’ll work at our Newtown site, primarily in the office with occasional warehouse involvement. Strong communication and a proactive approach are essential, and a full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Effective communicator with a polite and professional telephone manner.
• Sales experience is desirable.
• Good manual handling ability.
• Experience of working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders and update the order book.
• Handle incoming phone enquiries and provide excellent service at the trade counter.
• Build relationships with customers and resolve queries.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with warehouse duties when needed and support with collecting/delivering goods.
