Job summary

Dawsongroup Energy Solutions in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the branch, balance commercial performance and operations, and maximise fleet utilisation.

You will build strong customer relationships, monitor KPIs, manage hire agreements and fleet records, uphold health and safety, and drive profitability while developing your team.

The role offers funded training, internal progression, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, supporting or developing a team.
• The ability to build professional relationships with customers, suppliers, colleagues and external partners.
• A practical, organised approach to administration, financial performance and operational processes.
• An understanding of health and safety, compliance and the importance of protecting business assets.
• A focus on customer retention, team development and finding ways to improve efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of branch revenue, budgets and profitability, maximising fleet utilisation and supporting business growth.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective handovers, regular reviews and a focus on customer retention.
• Monitor branch performance against operational KPIs, forecast revenue and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Oversee hire agreements, fleet maintenance, asset security and accurate rental records, invoicing and reporting.
• Maintain high standards of audit compliance, health and safety, legal compliance and day-to-day branch operations.
