Hayley Dexis in Newtown is seeking a proactive Branch Manager to lead the Newtown Branch, drive sales and deliver outstanding service. You will inspire a high-performing team and embed the Hayley Way in daily operations.

You will apply strong commercial acumen, develop sales strategies, manage stock and costs, and ensure customer satisfaction while upholding health and safety standards. 40 hours per week, competitive salary and benefits.

Qualificações

• Leadership of high-performing teams with a track record of delivering sales and margin growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Excellent customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience of stock management, order fulfilment and HSE considerations.
