Qualifications

• Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office and Excel; learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist projects and working groups with administration, analytics, and tracking outputs.
• Support cross-team communication by cascading information and providing policy guidance.
• Monitor and report on mandatory training and HR administrative activities.
• Provide diary, travel, meeting coordination, and onboarding/offboarding support for staff and freelancers.
• Raise IT support requests and assist with risk management and data protection processes.
• Support budgeting and finance activities, including purchase orders and freelancer bookings.
