Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a brand-new fashion store in Dartford. You will take full ownership of the store, drive sales, lead and coach a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional service and operational standards from day one.

You'll be highly visible on the shop floor, shaping the customer experience, merchandising the store, and working with the wider business to launch this exciting new retail concept.

Responsibilities

• Taking full ownership of store sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance.
• Leading, coaching and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Driving sales, conversion and performance through a strong shop-floor presence.
• Creating an inspiring customer experience that reflects the brand and new concept.
• Managing stock, merchandising and visual standards across the store.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of your team.
• Monitoring performance and using commercial insight to identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintaining excellent operational, compliance and health & safety standards.
• Creating a positive, energetic and high-performing store culture.
• Working closely with the wider business to help shape and develop the new retail concept.

One of the most highly successful Uk retailers are continuing their expansion with yet more store openings! We are partnering with them to recruit a Store Manager for a fantastic new store opening!

As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the store, leading your team to deliver strong sales, outstanding service and excellent operational standards.
