McLaren Automotive is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Lead to support the introduction of New Models into the production process. You will define quality controls, document processes, and ensure readiness across planning, pre-series and series production.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with PMO, Engineering, Corporate Quality, Logistics and Launch teams. Candidates should have a strong background in automotive quality, process mapping, and data-driven decision-making, with

Qualifications

• Prior experience in vehicle launches and automotive manufacturing quality.
• Experience with quality management systems and fault management.
• Experience with system design and process mapping.
• Proficient in statistical analysis and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Use data inputs to develop robust control plans for consistent process execution.
• Create and maintain process documentation for inspection, verification and validation.
• Ensure LEG‑SOS requirements are aligned with build processes.
• Lead management of quality concerns across build phases and drive resolution.
• Assess readiness for build phases and manage the quality landscape.
