Job summary

Churchill Living Ltd in Oxfordshire is seeking a Sales Executive to join a dynamic on-site team 37 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, across one of our developments. You will proactively contact interested customers, guide them through apartment purchases, and build strong relationships to ensure a smooth move-in.

You'll be responsible for achieving sales targets, showing home experiences, coordinating with Marketing, Customer Relations and Construction, and liaising with agents and solicitors

Qualifications

• Previous new homes sales experience is preferred.
• Retirement market experience is a plus.
• Calming and supportive approach helps customers with decisions.
• Excellent customer relationship skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive sales/marketing approach.
• Experience using IT databases and a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Contact interested customers and guide them through apartment purchases.
• Build relationships to ensure a hassle-free move-in experience.
• Achieve sales targets and budgeted selling prices for the development.
• Show customers apartments as the development progresses.
• Coordinate with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations and Construction teams, and liaise with offsite agents and solicitors to progress sales.
