Job summary

Churchill Living Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive to work full-time at one of our developments in Oxfordshire. The role involves engaging interested customers, guiding them through the purchase and lifestyle, and achieving sales targets.

You will work on site from the Welcome Centre, liaising with Marketing and other teams, and may show customers apartments as the development evolves. A proactive sales approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous new homes sales experience is essential.
• Calm and supportive approach to customers.
• Willingness to travel locally to visit customers.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers from enquiry to move-in.
• Hit sales targets and budgets for the development.
• Show apartments when required and support customers through the process.
• Coordinate with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations and Construction teams.
