Job summary

Our client, a forward-thinking housebuilder, seeks a Sales Executive for a new development in Exeter. You will guide buyers through the home purchase journey and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include presenting show homes, building relationships with customers and stakeholders, and managing on-site administration while ensuring health and safety compliance. The role follows a Thursday to Monday pattern with occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property sales (new homes preferred).
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of the home buying process and legal terminology.
• Knowledge of mortgages/lending and financial aspects of purchasing property.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• IT proficiency (Microsoft Office).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Present show homes to a high standard at all times.
• Support customers throughout the home buying process.
• Build strong relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
• Welcome and assist visitors, prospective buyers, and existing customers.
• Manage on-site administration and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
