Job summary

Maitland Selwyn is seeking a Sales Executive for a new development just south of Bristol on behalf of a forward-thinking housebuilder. You will guide buyers through the home buying journey, present show homes, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a busy, customer-facing role.

The role requires proven property sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, knowledge of mortgages and property processes, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property sales, especially new homes.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Present show homes to a high standard at all times.
• Support customers throughout the home buying journey.
• Build strong relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
• Welcome and assist visitors, prospective buyers, and existing customers.
• Manage on-site administration and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
