New Homes Sales Assistant

£28,000 - £30,000 + Training + Progression + Long-Term Stability + Varied Role + Great Team

Exeter, Devon (Commutable from: Exmouth, Cranbrook, Honiton, Tiverton, Newton Abbot, Torquay, Crediton)

Are you an organised, confident individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment where you can take ownership, solve problems, and be relied upon by a busy team? Do you want a long-term role with a leading regional estate agency brand, where you'll be supported with on-the-job training and have genuine scope to develop over time?

This is a full-time permanent position within an expanding New Homes team, supporting the marketing and administration of new homes developments across the South West. You'll play a key part in keeping listings, marketing activity, and sales admin running smoothly, working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers.

This role would suit someone who takes pride in high standards, is naturally proactive, and wants a stable position with the chance to grow into a bigger role as the department develops.

The Role
