Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a New Homes Sales Consultant position in Ipswich and Cambridge. The role is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a base salary of £28,000–£32,000 and an OTE of £65,000 once permanent, with a start next week.

You will welcome buyers, qualify leads, manage the sales journey through to legal completion, and build strong relationships with solicitors, mortgage advisers and estate agents. Weekend work is required, with full training and support provided.

The role

As the face of the development, you'll guide buyers through one of the biggest decisions of their lives:

• Welcoming and qualifying buyers, and showing them around the show home and development
• Managing the sales journey from first enquiry through to legal completion
• Building strong relationships with customers, solicitors, mortgage advisers and estate agents
• Hitting and exceeding sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Keeping accurate records in the company's CRM and sales systems

What we're looking for

• Property sales experience is ideal, whether in new homes, estate agency or lettings
• A confident, personable communicator who builds rapport easily
• Target-driven, resilient and enthusiastic about closing deals
• Organised, with strong attention to detail
• Available to start next week and happy to work weekends
