Job summary

DeverellSmith Group is seeking a driven New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team in Ipswich and Cambridge. This temp-to-perm role offers a basic salary of £28,000–£32,000 with an OTE of £65,000 once permanent, and starts ASAP.

You will welcome buyers, qualify enquiries, and guide them through the show home and development, while managing the sales journey to legal completion and building strong client relationships. A confident, target-driven communicator who thrives on closing deals is ideal.

Qualifications

• Property sales experience in new homes, estate agency or lettings preferred.
• Confident communicator who builds rapport easily.
• Target-driven and enthusiastic about closing deals.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Available to start next week and able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and qualifying buyers, and showing them around the show home and development.
• Managing the sales journey from first enquiry through to legal completion.
• Building strong relationships with customers, solicitors, mortgage advisers and estate agents.
• Hitting and exceeding sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Keeping accurate records in the company's CRM and sales systems.
