Job summary

William H Brown in Wisbech is seeking a confident New Homes Sales Advisor for a part-time role (Wednesday to Saturday, 10am–5pm) at our busy new build development. You’ll help customers find and purchase their new home, guiding them from enquiry to reservation and sale.

With uncapped commission and strong earning potential, you’ll build relationships, conduct viewings, follow up leads and convert enquiries into sales on a stocked development.

Qualifications

• Previous new homes sales or estate agency experience.
• Experience in property sales, sales or other customer-focused sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find and purchase their new home.
• Manage the customer journey from enquiry through to reservation and sale.
• Build relationships with prospective buyers, conduct viewings, follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into successful property sales.
