Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a confident, customer-focused New Homes Sales Advisor for a part-time position in Lincolnshire. You will engage with prospective buyers, conduct viewings, and guide the sales journey from enquiry to reservation, delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of New Homes sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a flexible approach including one weekend per month and some holiday cover as required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify sales opportunities.
• Confident managing the full sales journey, from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective buyers, providing expert advice on a range of new build homes across the development.
• Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the quality and lifestyle of the new homes.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, delivering exceptional customer service at every stage.
• Maintain an excellent knowledge of available properties, pricing, incentives and current offers.
• Build strong relationships with prospective purchasers, helping them make informed decisions about their new home.
• Work closely with the wider sales team to support sales performance and achieve development targets.
• Provide holiday and absence cover when required, ensuring continuity of service across the development.
