• Ability to work independently on a single-manned site.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales process from enquiry to completion.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual viewings of new homes and the development.
• Build relationships with prospective buyers and guide them through purchase.
• Maintain knowledge of properties, pricing, incentives and availability.
• Proactively follow up leads and maximise sales opportunities.
• Work towards and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales administration.
