Are you passionate about property and love the buzz of helping customers find their dream home? We’re looking for a New Homes Sales Advisor to join our growing team at a leading new build developer in Southampton/Salisbury. This role is Weekend Working (1 in 4 Off by Request)

Whether you’re an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor or an Estate Agent with exposure to new builds, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
• Delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with buyers
• Working from a beautifully presented show home and sales suite
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and internal teams
• Hitting and exceeding sales targets to maximise your OTE

Candidate

• Experience in new homes sales is preferred, but we will also consider Estate Agents with new build exposure
• Strong customer focus and confident communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and target-driven
• Able to work weekends (with 1 weekend off in every 4 by request)
• Knowledge of the local property market is a bonus
• Competitive basic salary with realistic £50,000+ OTE
