A leading house builder in Hertfordshire is seeking a proactive Sales Advisor to guide buyers through the home-buying journey, from initial enquiry to handover.

You will engage with customers, host in-person and virtual viewings, manage the sales process, and stay informed on pricing and incentives to help buyers make informed decisions. Weekend site availability is required, with opportunities for career progression and a strong commission structure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience heading up a single manned development.
• Must be available to work weekends (7-day sites).
