Job summary

Fawkes & Reece (London) is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor for a developing site in Colchester. You will guide buyers through the full home-buying journey from enquiry to handover, conducting on-site and virtual viewings and advising on available homes, pricing and offers.

The role requires a proven track record in new homes sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work weekends on a 7-day site. Competitive salary and bonus opportunities are on offer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience heading up or independently managing a single-manned development.
• Strong knowledge of the new homes sales process, from enquiry through to completion.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• The ability to confidently manage customers and sales activity independently.
• A professional, proactive and target-driven approach.
• Flexibility and availability to work weekends, as this is a 7-day site.

Responsibilities
