Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to join a leading house builder in Hertfordshire. You will guide buyers through the full home buying journey, from enquiry to handover, offering expert advice on new build homes.

You will conduct in-person and virtual viewings, manage the sales process, stay informed on pricing and incentives, and work with the sales team to meet targets. Weekend availability on 7-day sites is required; the role offers a competitive salary, commission

• Experience heading up a single manned development.
• Available to work weekends (7-day sites).
