Griffin Mill Garages in Pontypridd is recruiting a Leapmotor & Fiat New Car Sales Executive to welcome showroom visitors, present vehicles and explain features, guiding customers from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.

You will listen to customers, build rapport, follow up leads, negotiate sales, and work with a friendly team to meet monthly targets while using tablets and video tech to enhance the experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing and sales experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving license required for test drives.
• Comfort with technology and tablets/ video used in showroom.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for showroom and digital enquiries.
• Share knowledge of vehicles and new automotive tech.
• Guide customers through the car buying journey, including test drives and handovers.
• Listen to customers to understand needs and create a friendly, non-pressurised environment.
• Use tablets and video to enhance the customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proactively follow up leads, negotiate sales, and hit monthly targets.
